The Fragments of Aristotle's Lost Works - 06-07/07/2016, Lisboa (Portugal)



At the initiative of the Centre for Historical Ontology (Heidelberg – Helsinki – Leuven) in collaboration with the Universities and Research Institutes involved, and as a celebration of Aristotle’s 2400th anniversary, a set of interlinked conferences under the name Aristotle Today: International Multiple Congress will take place throughout 2016 in several European and North-American cities, namely the following: Athens, Córdoba, Heidelberg, Helsinki, Leuven, Lisbon, Moscow, Notre Dame (Indiana), Padua and Paris.


Each conference will approach a specific aspect of Aristotle’s thought. The conference to be held in the University of Lisbon will focus on the fragments of Aristotle’s lost works and will take place on July 6th and 7th 2016.

Conference fees: 60 €.

Fee payment deadline: 30th April 2016.

The application includes the certificate, the abstract booklet, access to papers, and lunches for the days of the conference.
