Abstracts must be received by June 15, 2018 to be considered for the colloquium. The selection panel will notify those who submitted of its decision by July 1st, 2018. Please email your submissions (in .pdf format) to ccap.ccpa.2018@gmail.com.

Submission guidelines

Individual papers

Please send abstracts of around 800 words with their title to ccap.ccpa.2018@gmail.com by June 15, 2018. In the email to which your paper is attached, please include your name, institutional affiliation and preferred postal address. You will be notified by the end of June of the status of your proposal. Successful candidates will be allotted 90 or 50-minute time slot, the second half of the time dedicated to questions and answers. Presentations can be summaries of longer papers, and papers will be distributed ahead of the Colloquium.

Poster presentations

Posters provide an opportunity to present and discuss your work (research project, PhD topic) during the poster session and at other times during the conference, and they allow authors and participants to connect and engage in discussion about the presented work. There will be two scheduled sessions during which presenters will be expected to stand by their posters and discuss their work. Posters should be 24 inches (60 centimeters) high by 36 inches (90 centimeters) wide.

Although the presentation will be in the form of a poster, the submission itself should be in the form of an abstract describing the work. Please send your abstract (300-500 words, include a title) to ccap.ccpa.2018@gmail.com by June 15, 2018. In the email to which your paper is attached, please include your name, institutional affiliation and preferred postal address.
