Papers will be only allowed to be proposed within the open calls published on the website. Papers not included in panels won’t be accepted.
Proposals will be received starting from Tuesday, October 1st until Tuesday, December 31st (23.59, GMT +1).Papers will be directly received and evaluated by the person responsible for the panel proposal.
Differently from previous years, the only accepted language for panels and papers is English. As inclusiveness has always been a major focal point for EuARe, it has been decided to unify proposals language in order to allow every participant to take part in discussions and panels throughout the entirety of the Conference.

On our website, you will find the full list of panels and Author Meets Critique sessions submitted within November 1st and successfully evaluated by EuARe Executive Board.
Many of the accepted panels are open to paper proposals. We invite all of you to scroll the list, find your topic and send your proposal by clicking on SUBMIT YOUR PAPER: paper submissions will be directly received and evaluated by the person responsible for the panel proposal.
As the evaluation process took a little longer than expected, the final deadline to submit your papers has been extended to Friday, January 17 (23.59, GMT +1).
We wish to remind you once again that, differently from previous years, papers not included in panels won’t be accepted by the EuARe secretariat.
